The hair/elastic band trick to staying hydrated!
I showed a picture of all my drinks for the day lined up yesterday. I recognise that’s not practical for everyone lugging around a load of bottles during the commute or school run! This on the other hand might help.
Grab a 500ml bottle of water and fill it up. Then pop 4 rubber bands or hair bands 😂 around it and every time you finish the bottle take a hairband off and refill!! When all 4 are off you have hit your 2 litres for the day. Helps you track your hydration may surprise you at first how little you actually drink it’s a cheap little trick and you don’t have to lug around huge bottles!
